Help w/ new ideas for cutting diet.

ok. I'm on a cutting diet, and, to tell you the truth, I'd like a little more variety. This is what I'm eating now. How is it?

sun-Fri.

Pre-Workout:

Granola cereal, grp-pch juice, skm mlk

Post-Workout:

yogrt, grp-pch juice, skm mlk

Lunch:

Salad, chicken, roasted soybean, ritz bitz pb sandwhiches

After School:

pistachios, apple, pb, green tea

Dinner:

baked and rolled in flour chicken, honey, brown rice, veggies, yogurt

Is this a good cutting diet?

I'd like a little bit more of a selection, please, so that I don't get so tired of everything. And, please include how to make the rabbit food, too. (lol)

I've heard sweet potatoes r good. any specific type? How ya' make 'em? Nutrition facts, please?

Later, thnx

make your only carb for breakfast Oatmeal and get rid of those simple carbs, like the honey and eat a piece or two of whole wheat toast........ Why the ritz bitz?????????? You can eat a 1/2 cup of oatmeal there..

you are in need of more protien also.... throw a few more chicken breasts and a few eggs in there and a can of tuna and youll be set.

The simple carbs early are fine, they will be used at fuel throughout the day...just make sure simple carbs come early in the day, per workout and post workout.

Grape juice post workout is fine. Many use Grape Juice with their creatine postworkout.

You and the High GI carbs (grapejuice, dextrose, maltodextrose) post workout coupled with 30-50 grams of fast absorbing protein (Whey) to replenish glygoen in the muscle and liver stores.

PEACE
