This is seriously the most impressive transformation i've seen on bb.com yet, not to mention the heart-warming story behind it!

Great transformation, but LOL at this:

A protein source (tofu, soy, whey, occasionally chicken, though I'm mostly vegan)

6:00am (pre-workout)
A cup of coffee with a scoop of Optimum 100% Whey

8:00am (post-workout)
1 scoop of Optimum 100% Whey

4:00pm
A protein bar, or whey shake

For a vegan, that's alot of whey. She does know that whey is a dairy protein, right? Vegans don't eat dairy.

Wow, thanks for all the positive comments everyone!! I had no idea I had my very own thread, I feel all special, haha.

Yes, I'm aware whey is derived from dairy :-) I never said I was a strict vegan...I occasionally have the odd can of tuna or meat...I just don't care for the taste much, which is why I label myself vegan...I also occasionally replace the whey with pure soy protein too...it's good in coffee!! I know that whey doesn't enjoy being heated up, but it's yummy ;-)

EDIT: Hahaha, and no worries. I'm way too much of an old-school prude to start whoring myself out now
