*****
I'm using these supplements :
The Animal Pak vitamins, Lipo 6, Hydroxycut, Whey Protein (40g protein per serving), Casein Protein (23g per serving), Egg Protein (22 g per serving), Flaxseed Oil, Glutamine capsules, BCAA capsules after my workout.
I'm easing back into my workout by strictly doing cardio HIIT at this time. I'm usually hovering at around 150-160 bpm. I'm going to be implementing a muscle building regimen soon.
Questions-
Is eatin that Yogurt as my last meal hurting me?
What do you guys recommend for me in terms of muscle work?
I'm 6'2. 279.
The main culprit for my weight gain (I was at like 220 a year while ago) was my metabolism hitting the crapper as I was working 12 hr days w/o eating and that blew me up completely. I'm trying to consume 5-6 meals, replacement meal shakes if necessary, 2-3 actual food items, protein shakes, whatever is necessary.
I'm genetically blessed to have a lot of muscles in my legs so Im sure if I keep it clean and reasonable, I should be straight.
If there's something I'm totally off base with, let me know.
I know my resting metabolic rate is 2500, so thats what my body needs to "maintain itself". Does this mean that I need to consume MORE than 2500 a day? I find that a little hard to do w/ the current meals I'm consuming.
Thnx.
