3030 Begins Again. Meals & Questions.

Hey guys,

279 lbs. Caliper says I'm 27% body fat. Electronic weight scale says I'm at 32% body fat.

Here's my food intake :

Here's what I've eaten today :
Protein Shake (Whey), 110 calories, 32.5 grams total, 2.75 g fat, 2.5 carbs, 20 g protein
Banana.
1 6inch sub (turkey) from Subway w/ double meat (no cheese) : 560 calories, 9 g fat, 36g protein, 92g carbs (interpolated, i doubled everything as stated on their website)
1 salad w/ double meat (chicken breast), 280 calories, 6 g fat, 40 g protein, 22 g carb.
1 Myoplex "ready to eat" meal replacement shake , 280 calories, 3 g fat, 42g protein, 23g carbs.
1 small Chicken Breast & green beans.
1 Protein "SuperShake" (Casein & Egg Protein shake w/ 10g of creatine added in), 230 grams, 1.5 g fat, 7 g carb, 45g protein.
1 Yogurt before going to bed (100 grams, 19g carbohydrates, 14g sugars, 5g protein, 0 g fat)

Grand total of :
1550 calories, 22.25 g fat (6%), 165.5 carb grams (44%), 188 g protein (50%).

*****

I'm using these supplements :
The Animal Pak vitamins, Lipo 6, Hydroxycut, Whey Protein (40g protein per serving), Casein Protein (23g per serving), Egg Protein (22 g per serving), Flaxseed Oil, Glutamine capsules, BCAA capsules after my workout.

I'm easing back into my workout by strictly doing cardio HIIT at this time. I'm usually hovering at around 150-160 bpm. I'm going to be implementing a muscle building regimen soon.

Questions-
Is eatin that Yogurt as my last meal hurting me?
What do you guys recommend for me in terms of muscle work?
I'm 6'2. 279.

The main culprit for my weight gain (I was at like 220 a year while ago) was my metabolism hitting the crapper as I was working 12 hr days w/o eating and that blew me up completely. I'm trying to consume 5-6 meals, replacement meal shakes if necessary, 2-3 actual food items, protein shakes, whatever is necessary.

I'm genetically blessed to have a lot of muscles in my legs so Im sure if I keep it clean and reasonable, I should be straight.

If there's something I'm totally off base with, let me know.
I know my resting metabolic rate is 2500, so thats what my body needs to "maintain itself". Does this mean that I need to consume MORE than 2500 a day? I find that a little hard to do w/ the current meals I'm consuming.

Thnx.

Depending on your daily expenditure of calories and such I would say your not taking in enough calories, maybe up the protein, and lower the carbs a couple percent. Just my 2 cents, good luck!

Yea, I've read that I would want to up the protein to about 1g per lb of body weight, so in theory, 280 grams per day.

I will try this tomorrow.

Looks like I gotta implement a good 2 more meals at like 400 calories each.

That should level me off a bit.

Thnx

I figured I was undereating.
