Chest Help
So i have been back in the GYM now for about 6 months strait coming off a bad car accident. I am getting nice results and gaining most of all my losses back in my legs bies tries traps back shoulders all over except my chest is lacking deff. Its very wierd b/c it was great before the accident I read every forum tried alot of diff things but nothing seems to get it out there. Any suggestions? if guys want i can post pics if it help and gives u a better idea.ohh yea nad ill rep anyone with any info thanx in advance =)
