Diet and traning, im the ****ing master!! look at this ****, *REPS*

no one helped in teen section so i thought to myself, "the misc is the ****, they will give me honest answers and GOOD QUALITY ADVICE!" well here i am! hello everyone im new to bodybuilding and i want to get strong. i don t want to be HUUUUUGE so dont give me a too good work out plan, i just want to get toned like the guys at the abercrombie stores. i am 5'11" and weigh 125lbs, which is pretty good for my age i think, im 19. i will give you a sample of my work out and diet, and will you crutique it and stuff so i get the toned body i want.

workout:

monday: arm curl things, 10 sets 50 reps each 15lbs
tuesday: bench presses 5 sets 20 reps 45lbs
wednesday: abs
thursday: arm curl things same as monday
friday: abs
saturday: abs
sunday: abs

diet:
breakfast: coco puffs and a snickers bar

meal 2: chocolate milk and some wheat thins

lunch:tortilla chips and a capri sun( i eat a lot of chips for the carbs and stuff, i hear it builds muscles faster)

meal 4: more coco puffs (sometimes cinnamon toast crunch if i need the sugars for my muscles) and a dr pepper

dinner: grilled cheese and a chocolate milkshake (the milk is for proteins)

meal 6: eggo waffles and a glass of kool aid

i think its alright, could get a little better. any advice is repped and such

like i said, dont give me a work out plan that will make me HUGE< i dont want to look like ronnie! just that lean, toned, body. thank you so much i love bb.com! WSA PIITB TEH NOOBZORS!! ORLY?! YARLY!!

Finch, you've came to the right place my friend. Are you just doing regular curls? I think what might benefit you would be to superset your curls. Here is an example:

Bicep Day:
Superset:
Standing curls x35
Preacher curls x30
for about 15 rounds
Superset2:
Dumbell curls (only 1/2way up) x35
Dumbell curls (start 1/2way point and go all the way to the top) x35
Negative curls x50

You'll be ready for the beach in no time flat!!!

I think your splits are perfect. For ab day make sure you are doing exercises for both your lower, middle, and top abs. Superset 8 exercises 1 for each abdominal muscle. Do your obliques last(ALWAYS!!)

For your diet I think you need more carbs, add some ginseng, and load up on Omega 3's on Sunday.

Your routine and diet is solid man. You're gonna get WSA with that setup. Good luck. A couple of things:

Don't forget to pray before and after your workout.
Add another snickers bar in the afternoon for an extra carb/fat boost.

Try to incoporate more doctor pepper for the carbs and i know it sounds gross but try to eat an egg a day and you should have your protein intake covered. Try to avoid water at all costs - no caloric value, just fills you up.

lunch:tortilla chips and a capri sun( i eat a lot of chips for the carbs and stuff, i hear it builds muscles faster)

meal 4: more coco puffs (sometimes cinnamon toast crunch if i need the sugars for my muscles) and a dr pepper

dinner: grilled cheese and a chocolate milkshake (the milk is for proteins)

meal 6: eggo waffles and a glass of kool aid

i think its alright, could get a little better. any advice is repped and such

like i said, dont give me a work out plan that will make me HUGE< i dont want to look like ronnie! just that lean, toned, body. thank you so much i love bb.com! WSA PIITB TEH NOOBZORS!! ORLY?! YARLY!!
