hey dudes, ive just gone through loads of threads lately and ive come up with a diet for me. could you be kind enough to just walk me through wats wrong and wats good on the plan so far? the nutrition part is still a learning experience for me at the moment.
Goal : loose a little body fat but more importantly gaining muscle mass.
In the morning (before workout) 6-7am'ish
Weetabix
(some people have said to eat oats, i was considering this as a replacement is it better than oats would you say or should i stick to just getting the quaker oats? if you eat this wat size do you buy?)
eggs
(im a little confused by when people mention to eat eggs, do you mean a omlette, boiled or the white stuff without the yellow thing)
Sandwhich Time (after workout) after an hours training
Wheat Bread and Tuna
First Proper Meal about 12ish

(the way the mom makes it, is it important to find out wat spices is used in it?)
with Green peppers, chillies, maybe some rice prehaps (what type of rice should i eat? brown rice?)

ok im kind of struggling here, it says pasta,bread, pita, rice, do you mean to eat them on its own or to eat it with something, and if so what can i add to it, meats? Tomatoes? help a bruv out here, i think pasta with green peppers and tuna is wat i should eat
