What should I eat on game day and the day before?

I made another post about how I have a meet tomorrow and all that, but what should I eat tonight? And the meet starts at 11 AM, so what should I eat tomorrow before we go?

Also, is it good to drink energy drinks right before my event? Sobe has a creatine in it and stuff and gives you this crazy rush, but I don't want to put my health in danger or anything like that if it's unhealthy to drink those.

sobe and energy

The sobe does not contain enough creatin to even be effective your need between 5 yo 10 grams, most likely 10 grams for creatine to be effective. It is just an underdosed energy drink to appeal to confusmers. Red bull wont give you wings and sobe wont make you any better, its all mental. You can drink an energy drink or two, such as stinger or whatever else, but remember there not filled with heality carbs or calories but lots of sugur and calories so when you burn all your energy off them you will come down fast. They are many energy drinks out there that are natural, I used to take out that was quite effective.

As far as a post workout meal, try some oats and a good source of protein such as a chicken breast about an hour or more before your meet.
