What should I eat on game day and the day before?
I made another post about how I have a meet tomorrow and all that, but what should I eat tonight? And the meet starts at 11 AM, so what should I eat tomorrow before we go?
Also, is it good to drink energy drinks right before my event? Sobe has a creatine in it and stuff and gives you this crazy rush, but I don't want to put my health in danger or anything like that if it's unhealthy to drink those.
