It Has To Be Said: Patrick Arnold Is The ****
OK, I am just speechless right now. I just recived my first order from Pat's company, Giant. I placed the order on late Monday night and just got it a couple minutes ago (Friday). These guys just don't mess around [at Giant]. Along with my order I got a ton of free samples, and even ErgoPharm's book "Metabolic Madness". Support ErgoPharm, support Pat, just show some love in any way you can. A damn smart guy and deserves all the respect he gets.
Rock the f*ck on, PA.
P.S. I find it hilarious that you threw "from the makers of 1-AD" on I-Pro... ... I mean, what do PHs and whey protein have in common? I don't know--just got a kick out of that. Well, time to get back to reading Metabolic Madness...

AMP really is unreal. The feeling of energy and well-being cannot be overstated. There is no other way to put it. Any of you guys try stacking it with H.E.A.T.? It's almost scary how synergistic they are. Check out Lok7y's article on MindAndMuscle if you haven't yet.

Hmmm...{looks in desk drawer at work..sees 2 AMPs and 4 HEATs...} Not yet...I tired and plan on sleeping a little after work, but I will tomorrow
Yesterday, I took 1 AMP at 8am, 11:30am, 3pm and 7pm, I know I cant do that everyday, and I wont, but it was such a steady good feeling, it was crazy.
Tomorrow Im gonna pop the AMP Heat thing before going to the Borgata in Atlantic City, that way Im energetic and happy as the Blackjack dealer robs me blind

Haha... we really do have a great crowd on this board. Ski, 2 AMP + 3-4 H.E.A.T. seemed about right for me. Might need to expeirment with it to find what works for you.

I ran AMP & HEAT for two months as a tester and did a review on musclemayhem. I will say that the combo is a GREAT dieting aid as it definately helped with apetite suppression. For fat loss it was so so.
I found the energy from AMP to be smooth and clean but didn't have a real kick, it was better for energy during the day to keep you going rather than a pre-workout energizer.

Totally, man, that's how I felt as well. It just totally destroys your appetite. And I guess, if you consider the fact that it does that so well, maybe it *was* rather critical to your/my progress. I do believe both products are lipolytic in their own right, however.

I know I was amazed at all the free stuff I got when I ordered from Giant. That feeling you have when you rip into a box of your new supps. magnified by 10 because you got more supps., and they're free! Man that was a good day. And wow, I just realized I need a life.

That was what I liked about it. It gave me focus and energy without being too intense.

It's just damn generous if you ask me.
No way, man... we're lucky that this is our life. I wouldn't have it any other way.
And it really IS like christmas everytime the UPS guy pulls up in front of your house. He never understands why I'm so happy to get the package.

Yea, thats how I think too, Yesterday, the way I did it, I just felt good and ready to go all day. I dont need to be energized out of my mind...of course when I take cakedonkey's and Warrior's advice and pop 2 AMPS and 4 Heats and get drunk and then gamble, I'll probably find a way to get thrown out of the casino..

I have been running AMP/Heat and for some reason I cannot hop on the "great appetite suppressant" bandwagon. When I am in caloric deficit I am HUNGRY. For some reason I think that is a good thing, since being hungry-intuitively to me, i dunno about scientifically- means my metabolism is in full swing. But I can still eat like a monster.
What I have noticed about AMP/Heat as an appetite suppressant is that sometimes I'll be wired on the energy/stim effects and I might "forget" I need to eat. That doesnt mean I don't feel like it if the idea comes up
My problem is likely the fact that I love eating so much that I can enjoy it even without a burning appetite

You won't be sorry. From the reviews, it looks like a real winner. And the profile is great. C'mon buddy, can't you make a little room for it on your cut???

VERY interesting feedback. So it's almost an indirect appetite suppessant, for you, in a way.

Yeah my mind will wander off onto other things than eating. Thats not always a good thing, especially on a cut I like to focus on small feedings every couple of hours so my caloric defecit can still be effective at preserving lean mass.

Yes, I agree. Patrick is the type of person who will tell you what to get him for his birthday, how to wrap it, and when to give it to him. He is always very helpful if you have a question and the best is he will tell you like he thinks it is.
If the man had a baseball bat and was so pissed at you that you thought he was going to crown you, beleive it if you didn't get crowned facing him, you sure wouldn't get crowned while walking away. Ergo: Pat's a good guy.

Is AMP ok to take while bulking? Just for the energy benefits that is.
Is it AMP that is appetite suppressing? Or Heat?

Both supposedly, but like I mentioned I still get really hungry using them, and can eat like a maniac. At most you'd become indifferent to food (so still able to eat it), but not repulsed by it.
I don't think AMP is a very powerful thermo, but it gives you a lot of energy. Using that energy you will likely burn a few extra calories. Only a minor adjustment in caloric intake should be considered if at all, if you are trying to keep things precise. Like maybe an extra hundred calories a day or so unless the AMP makes you randomly run up and down the street all night.
