Morning shake help needed
I've been trying to bulk and becuase I don't have a lot of time in the mornings, I've been having a gainer (Bsc Mass Monster) for breakfast, and another post workout with some fish oil and a multi. Now I've ordered one ON Whey, Casin and Egg Protein.
I'm wonder if I should be having Whey/Egg Protein with Milk for breakfast (is that enough carbs?), Whey wafter my workout, and Casin before bed. Does that sound ok??
