My Mcdonalds Super Adventure

Ok it wasnt a super adventure....so anyways on Friday I went into Mcdonalds(It was a cheat meal...I dont go there ever except occansionally for cheat meals) and I noticed that one of the people dining was some really obese guy. I mean this guy was super obese, in a wheelchair(so fat he probably couldnt walk properly). I took notice of what he was eating. It was a sandwhich of some kind, a large fries, a apple pie and a drink. Absolutley terrible. Someone in his condition shouldnt even go near Mcdonalds or any place like it.
So my thought and questions are: why do people in obese conditions like that continue to posion themselves of terrible food? They must know that they are eating poorly and worsening their condition.

Also I saw something similar on tv. It was a show about contrasting bodytypes in women. One anorexic and the other was super obese. The super obese one, they showed, went to Burger King, ordered two whoppers, a order of fries, a chocolate pudding desert and a diet soda(yeah I know like that diet soda is really making a difference). Ate them and then went home cooked dinner for her family and ate again!!
See what I mean, why do people do that to themselves?

i work at miki d's , and i see that obese ppl eating there all the time. i've heard the manufacturers of the food put addicted substance to it. so when a person is super obese they are more likely to give into the addiction and buy food there. i dunno if it's true though. as for me i don't touch the food there. i'm lucky to have this superpower to reject temptations.

this fat chic comes in and orders
1 Mcchicken
1 Qtr pounder
6 nuggets
1 double cheese burger

and five min later she whispers "and a diet coke plz..."

as for me i thought if she skipped junk food overall she'll look great once skinny.(she had a nice face)

I thought the story was going to be a heroic one where you saw the fat guy eating and thought to yourself 'I will never eat here again' and walked out or something. That would be cool
