mcdonalds
so any of u tried to bulk with mcdonalds lol it will work their double cheeseburgers have 25g of protein...... well not just with mcdonalds but it will put some weight on u the duble cheeseburgers are the only ones with that much protein i know a pro that did a study on all fast food burgers and mcdonalds was the best!!!!!! eat 3 a day

chik-fil-a 12 piece chicken nugs are 40 g protein. either way, screw all that excess fat for any fast food bulkn

im tryin to gain weight so thats what i do i eat 3 double cheese burgers i get 75g of protein right there my pt has me eatin 3 or 4 a day just to gain weight my bf is 4.9% i weight 130 and i have 110 lean mass i need 135 or 140 lean mass to compete this year

whatever works for you bro but like i said those 3 packs on nugs is 120 g v. your 75g of burger, burgers are cheaper though

i work at mcdonalds. all that meat sits in grease in the trays and are sprinkled excessively with salt. stop being sucha ****ing lazy ******* and cook at home. I dont need any more people to serve anyway!

Your personal trainer is an idiot, imo.
No personal trainer should ever recommend someone eat burgers to try to bulk up. That's stupid beyond belief.
Dbl Cheese burgers have too much unhealthy ingredients in them for them to be even worth the amount of protein in them. There's far more healthier sources out there. They're not too bad protein source, but they aren't the healthiest sources either, basically.
Also, if you weigh 130 and have 110 lean mass, then you would be left with 20 lbs of fat, so your 4.9% BF figure wouldn't be right.

Eating anything is fine to put on weight. Whatever is easiest and best for you to eat. I just couldn't see why a PT at a gym would advocate fast food himself, though, since he would be so health-oriented type of person.
I eat micky d's some, too. And it's not the only thing bad thing I eat either really sometimes. 
On my bulking, I pretty much eat cleanly mostly, though.
I would think w/ 4.9% BF @ 130 lbs, you would have 124 lean mass instead. Because at 130 lbs and 110 lean mass, that would put you at 15% BF according to calculations. The 110, 130, 15% would most likely be wrong.
He probably meant 130 lbs, 4.9% and 124 lean mass.
What methods did he use?

its good if yur an ecto or extremely skinny beforehand.. you'll definately get fat those burgars have as much fat as protein + **** carbs i ate maccas alot when i was 140lbs but when you hit 14%+ you wont wanna be eatin it anymore. Great way to get fat

i wont get fat...... i dotn gain weight at all and thats y im doing this until i get to the weight i need to be but differnt stuff works for different ppl so it depends on ur body i wont get fat i can lose bout a week of mcdonalds in 1 day of cardio i dont know y but i can so i dont do any cardio at all

im only doin the mcdonalds for a certain amount of time thats the thing..... im kinda at a plateau i cant get past this weight and i eat healthy i just started the mcdonalds thing i gained bout 5 pounds in a week

Nah, in my econ class, the rumor that mcd's use maggots to make their burgers was brought up. The discussion ended saying that maggots would actually cost more than the crap that they use.
Okay, tiring day. Lucky I read it over. It was worms that was discussed. Got my insects crossed. Now I'm disgusted thinking about maggots.
