Both not optimum dude but if i had to choose i rekon the top one is better.

Just dont forget your veggies, and your having too ,much powder imo. If its not Breakfast, pre-wo or post-wo dont take whey. ESPECIALLY before bed.

Have some cottage cheese before bed. Whey is too fast to metabolise and therefore uselessat bed time when you need your protein throughout the night.

I dont know Im just lost Ive been trying different things out this week to do whats works better for my body but I'm feeling weak and like crap to be honest. One thing I learned today is that eating a lot of carbs makes me sick. I tried to do the timed carb thing where you eat a lot of them and taper them off and then cut them off at the end. And I feel like crap. something happend on my 3rd meal and I just felt bad.

I was doing this back a while ago but thought that perhaps I was eating too many fats, but I did feel big and somewhat good.
meal 1
1 cup oatmeal cooked
2 eggs
7 egg whites or 1 scoop whey
1 orange
37g protein 10g fat 40g carbs

meal 2
1 tbsp pb
Whey
½ cup oats
8oz milk skim
35g protein 7g fat 40g carbs

meal 3
Salmon
1 potato
1 cup steamed veggies
40g protein 10g fat 40g carbs

meal 4
1 tbsp pb
1 scoop whey
½ cup oats
8oz milk
35g protein 7g fat 40g carbs

meal 5
1 cup cooked brown rice
Chicken
Cup of steamed veggies
33g protein 7g fats 40g carbs

meal 6
8oz milk
1 scoop whey
2tbsp efas
35g protein 28g fat 15g carbs

215g fats 215g carbs 70g fat =2350

I just wanna pack on some muscle and its funny because my workouts are working despite my diet. Some definition is there but I feel weak physically and out of shape even though Im eating healthy but not properly if that makes sense.
