BWW buffalo wings question
Some tuesdays, like today, I go to BWW for the 35cent wings. I order 5 wings and a salad with low fat dressing. This is my cheat meal for the work week, but really isn't that bad.
How do they make them? Fry or bake?
I gave up fried food for lent and won't go if they fry them.

You're probably better off going to their website (if they have one) or next time you go, ask the cook.

Their website has no nutritional info. They say their recipes change so they can't make a guide. It's a good site though.
I was thinking at least one person here worked there or knew someone who did.
They also have naked tenders. Just plain chicken. I could do that if needed.

Whats BWW stand for anyway?
And naked tenders sounds like a good option, but make sure its all white chicken.

I have several friends who all were cooks at the same location. The regular legs and wings are baked, and the boneless wings are fried.

Sweet! Great.
The naked tenders are grilled chicken breast and BWW is buffalo wild wings.

To anyone near one, the side salad is awesome, just take off the croutons. It's a huge salad for like $2.50. Add some naked tenders and you have a great lunch.

The naked tenders sound great!
I just checked out their website and the closest one is 2 hours away from me. I sure hope they put one in Philly somewhere or even closer to my house. This place looks awesome!

I got one opening like a mile from my house in two months. Great place to watch games and they got some good wings too. Will have to check out the naked tenders!

i'm pretty sure they are fried... they are probably a little better than hooters b/c no breading, but the sauce on it probably makes up for some of it
