Maxing out tomorrow, is there anything I can do before going that will help me?
I already have a good warm up routine, but is there any food, drinks, should I go like 1-2 hours after eating so I have lots of calories? Right now I'm going to eat a banana before I go to max and drink 16oz of water, for breakfast I'm having 5 eggwhites, toast with natty PB and milk. And I will have atleast 10 hours sleep since I have no school tomorrow.
