rotten/horrible cheat meal(s)
Hello
Its been several weeks since we (me and magpie82) started cutting and lifting and since then we have had a couple of cheat meals. About 1 per week and they have been really bad choices. The first time we had some KFC chicken, and generally felt really bad about it! Bit of 'oh no, what damage we have done?!!' type guilt, all greasy and heavy. Big meals, we over ate! Then last night we had a pizza, garlic bread and some potato wedges. We didn't sleep well on either night and in the morning woke up feeling like our energy levels were all deflated and bloated!
I know the mental angle is just one of those things to get over and not worry too much about, but we were surprised by the lack of energy and weightiness/bloat we felt.
Next time we feel the need for a cheat meal, its going to be a homecooked dish. A curry ot something like that. Take out food is a real let down. Okay, rant over!
