career as a pastry chef
Help!
I love baking but i am health conscious (i'm a picky eater, not too much sweets/carbs aside fr veggies) i also do strength training and want to maintain my muscle mass.
I enrolled 14months for becoming a pastry chef, and i know that as a student, you have to eat what you make. How can i if i don't want to eat the "bad stuffs?" i have to eat it 5x a week!!!

Hi girl, Well i think if you really love baking you should good for it. Nothing that adding extra cardio wont do, and well ,sice ur going to eat the sugar and fat, you have to make light (on carbs , fat) the rest of your meals. You will have to start planning ur diet. How much do u have to eat daily? Hopefully u wont eat it at night.
Have a nice day =)

I'll be honest with you. You either have to do as you're told, work something out with the professor that you'll only eat tiny bits to get a taste of it, quit the classes, or live with it for the time that you're taking classes.
It's not forever- it will end one day, you know.

Amris is right- i would speak with the professor and explain your goals, and ask for permission to just take a small taste of what you make.

Well, that's okay if she IS lactose and gluten intolerant.
But I don't think she should lie about it. Honesty is better. You never know what might happen if she lies about it and then something occurs that she suddenly has to NOT eat when she honestly wants to, or she can't take something she should for lunches, etc.
Honesty is best, and if that fails, just do your best. Lying will bite you in the ass.
