When I was a loser and used to go on other boards (gamefaqs.com, for example), I saw this idea and it was a hit, so here I go.

The first person inserts something into a vending machine, then another person answers what comes out keeps the chain going.

For example, here's one from a starwars forum:
*inserts a Xbox 360*

*Recieves 360*
*Inserts complaint to Microsoft*

*gets a letter from bill gates saying "**** you"*
(continutes on)

Begin.
