i was watchin the news and saw that he was detained in new york for a law suit. the suit claims that he used ecstasy as a date rape drug. is that pssible. imo its not date rape if the girl is awake and saying yes. just because the drug might have loosened her up and got her to do things she might not have done if she wasn't rollin, does't make it rape. if that were the case, why not arrest everyman whos bought a girl drinks and slept with her. don't get me wrong, i think the bastard is guilty, but what a bogus lawsuit!

The main point of the law suit is to get him to put pressure on him so they can find out what happend to the girl.

PSU Hazleton is a hive of ****bags for sure, but I stay far away from that place. I wouldn't even date a girl that drinks so screwing some sorostitute is of no interest to me.
