I get TONS of pain from lifting, sports and other injuries, and I was wondering if this stuff is a hoax, or if it actually works:

Dr. Frank's Joint and Muscle Pain Relief Homeopathic Formula
Equal parts HPUS Rhus Toxicondendron, 30X, Bryonia Alba 6X, Ledum Palustre 6X, Sulfur 6X, Arnica Montana 30X, Ruta Graveolens 30X, Aurum Metallicum 30X, Calc Phosphorica 30X, Apis Mellifica 6X, and Rhododendron Chrysanthum 6X. Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid and Natural Flavors. All active ingredients are "HPUS" which indicates that the components in this product are officially monographed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States.
Understanding the above formula
The ingredients in the formula are indentified by Latin names for the natural ingredients that are, for the most part, plants or minerals. The X means they were diluted by a factor of 10 (one part ingredient to 10 parts water). And 6 X means that it was diluted six times by a factor of 10 so the final dilution will be .000001 times the original solution of the ingredient which is ten millionths of the original solution. And 30 X means that it was diluted thirty times by a factor of 10. These are extremely small concentrations of active homeopathic ingredients and a reason for the safety of homeopathic ingredients.

Joint and Muscle Pain Relief.
Below is a brief, but detailed description of each of the active homeopathic ingredients in Dr. Frank’s Pain Relief including their origins. All these ingredients are present in exceedingly small amounts; all diluted one trillion times or more. It is for this reason that they are well known for having no substantiated reports of side effects. Their effectiveness has been proven with homeopathic research for over 100 years. This is the first time these ten ingredients have ever been combined.
This information below is found in Chapter 6 of Dr. Frank’s book, User’s Guide to Natural and Safe Pain Relief. This book has additional information about diet and supplements such as Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, and Omega 3 fatty acids including the science explaining how these actually repair and rebuild your joint tissue while decreasing pain and inflammation in your joints.
Bryonia Alba
This treatment, derived from the white bryony vine – a plant that’s in the same family as the cucumber -- is recommended for pain related to arthritis, joint pain, headache, abdominal pain, back spasms, bone and body aches, sciatica, heartburn, and feverish illnesses.
Ledum Palustre
A particularly good treatment, derived from a beautiful white-flowered plant, for pain related to skin wounds or acne. Also used by homeopaths to soothe pain from arthritis, strains, sprains, and other injuries.
Sulfur
You’ll recall that organic sulfur, or MSM, is a useful supplement for pain; homeopathic sulfur is also used for this symptom. Homeopaths believe that it is also good for pain from abscesses (it helps them come to a head and drain) and sore throat. Remember that nobody is allergic to sulfur. Some are allergic to sulfa medications. Sulfa and sulfur are entirely different substances.
Arnica Montana
For muscle aches and pains, this is the remedy of choice. Arnica, also known as leopard’s bane, can be used topically or internally to soothe pain from overwork, sports injury, or arthritis. Midwives recommend it to women with postpartum pain. If you are scheduled for surgery or are planning a big athletic event, homeopaths advise that you can use arnica beforehand to reduce injury and promote faster healing. Arnica cream, rubbed onto painful areas, is one of the most popular homeopathic products and is recommended particularly for shin splints or sore muscles.
Rhus Toxicondendron
This is probably the most-recommended homeopathic remedy for pain. As mentioned earlier, it is made from poison ivy. It’s useful for arthritis, lower back pain, stiff joints, sprains, strains, and even the intense pain of shingles. It will not and has never caused a poison oak or ivy outbreak because it is so highly diluted.
Ruta Graveolens
This treatment is made from a small evergreen shrub. It’s reported to be effective for bone, joint, and tendon soreness as well as low back pain, painful deposits or cysts, carpal tunnel syndrome, and pain from eye strain.
Aurum Metallicum
Prescribed for emotional problems related to pain, Aurum – a homeopathic form of the mineral gold – is touted to soothe stress and anxiety and helps lift depressed moods.
Calcarea Phosphorica This homeopathic form of calcium is the top remedy for healthy bones. According to the homeopathic literature, Calc phos aids in the absorption of dietary calcium and is a popular remedy for headache, “growing pains,” teething pain, and arthritis.
Apis Mellifica
Derived from honeybees, this remedy is reported to sooth pain that involves swelling, edema (accumulation of excess fluid), sunburn or other burns, and other itchy, burning types of pain.
Rhododendron Chrysanthum
Derived from the leaves of the golden flowered rhododendron plant, this treatment is mainly used as a remedy for arthritis pain
