used to use it for breakfast mixed with unflavored WPI, tasted great but alot of sugar i think.

edit: just did a serach, they've got a no sugar version. Actually may consider picking some up and mixing it in with my morning protein shake....mmmm....delicious.

I used to mix it with oats, a banana, peanut butter, and 3 scoops of whey and drink it throughout the morning when I used to unload trucks super early. It did the trick. I wouldnt use them unless absolutely neccesary though.

In the world of supplements, Malto is considered a complex carbohydrate.. which is a shame.

INGREDIENTS: NONFAT MILK, SUGAR, MALTODEXTRIN, COCOA PROCESSED, WITH ALKALI, LACTOSE, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, CARRAGEENAN, SODIUM ALUMINOSILICATE, SOYLECITHIN.

VITAMINS AND MINERALS: DICALCIUM PHOSPHATE, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, SODIUM ASCORBATE (VITAMIN C), VITAMIN E ACETATE, VITAMIN A PALMITATE, NIACINAMIDE, FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE (IRON), ZINC OXIDE, CALCIUM PANTOTHENATE (PANTOTHENIC ACID), COPPER GLUCONATE, MANGANESE SULFATE, PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE (VITAMIN B6), THIAMIN MONONITRATE, PHYLLOQUINONE (VITAMIN K), BIOTIN, FOLIC ACID, VITAMIN B12.
Considering the second thing in there is sugar, and you probably get all (or more) of the vitamins/minerals from you multi... avoid.

Better "instant breakfast" is whey + milk + oats in the blender...

Thumbs up Titus In Prison Story

Has anyone taken the time to review the story about Life In Prison With Craig Titus? It is written by the most notorious Counterfeiter in U.S. history; who was imprisoned with Titus for 16 months of the Counterfeiter's "83 month" sentence. The story tells a different take on Titus from a very unique perspective only known from that of a Federal Prisoner. The Counterfeiter is donating half of his book sale' profits to the Craig Titus Defense Fund for his Murder and Arson charges in Las Vegas, Nevada. To read the Titus In Prison story go to www.GetBig.com and to review "The Counterfeit Millionaire" story and learn all about the making of genuine currency and counterfeit currency to protect yourself, go to www.counterfeitmillionaire.com. You can contact the Counterfeiter at waynevdennis@msn.com with any questions or comments he can help answer or answer to.

i use it in my PWO shake blended with barley and a banana. its all covered in there: high GI carbs, low GI carbs, fruit (fructose, sucrose) and whey. carnation tastes great but i would only use it PWO or maybe after waking up.
