Cut into thin strips, mush through about a teaspoon of satay sauce, bake in oven for 20 - 25 mins on 200.
Nothing exciting, but better than plain dipped in mayo, hehe. :P

Baste it in BBQ sauce when you are broiling it. Marinade it in teryiaki sauce. Eat it with honey mustard. There are so many possiblities with chicken that I never get sick of it even though I eat it every day.

let it soak in italian dressing for a half hour and put on grill...
Or a lot of things become great marinades... teriyake sauce.. just squeeze some OJ or Lemon juice on it...grill grill
rub paprika, salt and pepper, some garlic.. and maybe a touch of brown sugar all ver the chicken and grill
Take grilled chicken and chop up onto a salad..
Take grilled chicken and mix with can of veggies of your choice.. asparagras or whatever trhow in the microwave and heat for 2 minutes
take grilled chicken and mix with a diced fresh tomatoe... toss a little olive oil and italian seasoning on it ...let it chill for an hour
just dipping in mayo?? ewwwww
dice cooked chicken up with tomatoes and onions and add to your morning scrambled eggs .... can throw cheese in... hot sauce on top...mmmmmmmmm yummy...did I tell you all I can cook??

Eat Fish!! I get tired of stuff also but what I usually do is get a big salmon from Wal-mart and grill it on the foreman and then cut it up and eat the next couple of days. Plus, try getting deli meat instead of the chicken breast. Also there are lots of different kinds of deli meat - smoked, basted, and you might try some turkey!

i feel your pain bro. i don't like chicken too much but I eat it 3 or 4 times a week. I always try to cook some recipes for it and it works just great.
what I also do sometimes is buy lean ground chicken and make hamburgers out of it. I posted the recipe in the recipe section. I'll post it here in a sec.

Here you go:
Hawaiian burgers
1 pound of ground chicken/turkey or beef
1/4 cup of mushrooms
1/4 of water chesnuts (optional)
1/4 cup of chopped onions
2 TBS of soy sauce (low in sodium)
2 TBS of fat free milk
2 TBS of Duck sauce
1/4 cups of breadcrumbs or oatmeal
1-2 eggwhites.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make patties. Cook them in a skillet with Pam.
They taste very good and are quite healthy.

thanks guys!
a lot of your ideas seem to take effort tho - hehe i'll have to get off my ass.
I've just been frying the chicken breasts then eating by themselves. reason being - takes like 5min to cook them and dont have to do anything apart from slapping it on the pan : )
I'll give some of those recipes a go.
now for tuna recipes...

don't get me started
but anyway... marinades... they are the quickest easiest way to go... put a few chicken breasts is a huge zip-lock bag.. put the full bottle of marinade in there... along with like 8 breasts... and marinade them until you takewach one out and cook it

If you're gagging at chicken, and I know everyone had gotten totally sick of some food or other, I'm only recently able to eat eggs again, don't eat chicken.
Fish was mentioned above. Talapia is a good non-fishy fish if you want that kind of thing. Lowry's lemon pepper on Talapia is better than junk food. Also there is turkey, pork, and various other barnyard animals you can eat.
Stay away from the squirrel. They taste like...like goldfish. Stringy.
