fyi CEE doesn't require nearly as much water as Creatine monohydrate.
I'd say CEE would definitely help in a wrestling match.
"give me a pump during the match and it'll be hard to move my arms... and i might get a cramp.."
Does that ever actually happen when you're lifting weights? Nothing like that's ever happened to me. Try it in practice if you're worried.
