Taking CEE(creatine ethyl esther) 35 mins before a wrestling Match?

Does anyone think this would be a good idea?? Taking creatine ethyl esther before a wrestling match for muscle endurance??? Does anyone else in here do this? The thing im scared is that if i take it, it will give me a pump during the match and it'll be hard to move my arms... and i might get a cramp..

What does everyone think?

You build your muscle endurance in practice. You don't take it in a pill or powder before your match. If muscle endurance is a problem for you, now you know what you need to work on in training.

Also, muscle endurance has alot to do with you V02 Max. You can't increase this with a pill. You can by training though. And remember to breath. It helps maintain you while wrestling.

Ok i guess i will start to breathe now while wrestling... i never thought of that before =| .

Of course i train for muscle endurance, i am wondering if it will help me though.

it will help you during the match as creatine helps you with explosive movments i dont know much about the cee product but creatines with arginene and taurine will also help

creatine sucks for endurance. you need lots of water in you while on creatine and when you swet it all comes out leaving you super dehydrated.

fyi CEE doesn't require nearly as much water as Creatine monohydrate.
I'd say CEE would definitely help in a wrestling match.

Does that ever actually happen when you're lifting weights? Nothing like that's ever happened to me. Try it in practice if you're worried.
