I agree with PU I would skip the wieght gainer and go with some food with that. As far as whey goes you can go with ON but I think the Nectar taste a lot better. Also NOW's ADAM is the best multi on the market.

The NOW ADAM is a decent formula but it is weak in the b-vitamins, there are better choices.

2pm - Blue Rhino
2:30pm - Snack( Is this enough time to wait to eat alittle after taking the stack?)
2:35 Workout - Slip on Xtend
4pm - P/W - Creatine mono. Snack
4:18pm - Protein Shake
5pm - Weight Gainer
6:15pm Supper
7:30pm Sardines
8:15pm - Protein shake
9:00pm Snack
9:30pm bed
