personally i have used it and going through my second can and im happy with it...i think that the potential "heart accelerators" are not potent enough to cause harm...but thats just me...
i use it either every second or third day....11 tabs is hard to swallow...

i've tried a full can of the Animal Pack, and my conclusion is this:
too many pills to take. GNC's Mens Multi V is good enough for me.

Yup. I picked up GNC's Mega Men Multi's today, as I got a good deal on them. It's not bad as compared to the other crap store brand products they have. Animal Pack is a great one too. You can't go wrong either way.

I used to use animal paks in my late teens and early 20's and they helped out pretty good. I used to take em with a drink called Blue Thunder (when it had Ma Huang and other stuff) and I lifted like a bulldozer.

I had a can, still do infact that I never finished. 11 pills is definitely hard to swallow.
I think I will start back on the Animal Pak vitamins again tomorrow. Probably take them with my breakfast, so I can take my fat burner with the second meal, and my Green Bulge preworkout. I like to keep different supplements taken seperately.
Although after I finish the animal pak I am just going to pick up the GNC's mega man multi V. Probably cheaper than the Animal Pak, and I don't have to scarf down 11 fat pills at one sitting.
