First time w/pics... Progress, advice?

Ok, so I've trolled these boards for over a year, and I finally think I've got at least a little worth posting. When I started wieght training, I wasn't more than 160lbs, and for over a year I did nothing in the diet dept.(never realized how important it was) Eventually I became dependant on supplements thinking they'd get me where I wanted.(WRONG) Well, this past year I went through many an article on the site AND read other's advice on dieting, training, supplements, etc... Well here's what I've made so far: (taken after chest/bi today)

Just wieghed in the yesterday at 185 w/boxers n shorts.(if it makes a diff)

At the end of last summer I had dieted and "cut" down to a not real lean 167lbs, but probably the leanest I've been since I was a kid. My goal for the past 3/4 months has been to "bulk" at best to 200lbs. After the beginning 2 months I had put on roughly 14lbs, and the last 2 months I've struggled with only 4lbs. I'm sure I have genetics that make it "difficult"(but not impossible) to put wieght on... But since I've been bound and determined to beat them. I told myself I wouldn't start cutting until at least my chest and DEFINETLY my arms were a little bigger(even tho the pic is terrible). I know everything should be in proportion, but it seems my arms have the hardest time growing. I've increased strength and size in just about everything else, especially my legs.

I've tried almost every kind of training for my arms. Supersets, straight sets hard, straight sets light, and now I'm just trying to split them up totally as opposed to giving them their own day of the week. I stopped measuring them along time ago, cause I'm just fed up and embarassed by them. Broke out the tape measure last night, cold, they had grown 3/4". I guess I can stick to whatever I'm doing right now and see if I can make better progress. As far as abs go, it's the "bulk" time... I've got em under there(thanks to some strict boxing regiment I had last year) plus I'll be doing much more work on em once I lean down.

Thoughts?
