Nicolas Cage's bodyfat???
I'm watching fit tv and i heard them say that Nicolas Cage's body fat was at 3% when he did the movie ConAir. What do you guys think???

Ronnie coleman and company hit 3% bodyfat.....seems that any actor that has a bicep vein these days dropped his bodyfat to below 3% in 6 weeks......
Full of ****, the lowest his bodyfat was in that film was 9-10%.

I can't think of a single bber who's ever been at 3%. 99% of the people out there would be dead at such a low level. The lowest I can think of would be Samir Bannout or Rich Gaspari, and even those were never below 5%.

anyone ever notice that his hair is fake in every movie. I've seen him in person. He stayed at my hotel in myrtle beach. The guy is almost completely bald on top...he has like a comb over.
