Man..

I just can't stop, I need some help or support. I was on a clean ass diet for like 8 months, got nice results, was feeling good. Started working out really really hard, than Thanksgiving came, started slacking off, than X-Mas, slacked off harder, than new years. Now, i'm eating clean/dirty. Today. I missed breakfast from school, so I was hungry as hell. I had a tuna sandwich when I came home. Than 3 peanut butter sandwiches, and 3 pieces of carrot cake. Than just got home now starving, 3 bowls of cereal (heart 2 heart/Total mixed), and than another half a bowl of Total. and than another piece of carrot cake. I dont feel guilty at all really, it's just food. I've maybe gained 1-5 lb's tops. Nothing you can really see, I just feel ****ty for stopping myself. So I just took 2 pills of SesaMAX to help the sugar/fat, and 1 fishoil. And, I just feel ****ty, anybody else in these shoes? I got a disorder I think: "binge order/self-dillusion", i'll feel fat as hell, when im like 135 lb's 5'8, and than ill go eat alot.

It happens to the best of us. It happens to me when i'm out partying. Drinking/smoking give me the munchies. Anyways dont beat yourslef up. get back on track. Think about it liek its only one time. Just becuase of one bad cheat day you not goona make you goals. I used the excuse of a jumpstart for my metabolism over the holidays for my eating. it worked i beat my plateau. Anyways mayb keep a pic of youelf where u see it. You'll think you dont want to be like that and be less inclined to cheat. Mayb remove those foods form you home. I brough carrots sticks while my firend brought cookies when i went to go get in the wrong state of mind <_< >_> and felt proud that when i got the munchies i didn't have to cheat.

just remember its not the end of the world. Look at the pros. I think it was Priests video. heres my cardio for the day, from KFC to MCdonalds. Although they have genetics, juice, amazing fitness facilities and there job on the line, they also have to motivate themselves to push tehmselves.

I know, im not fat tho, I just think I am in my sick mind lmao. I dont feel bad, I dont look to bad either, i'm just pissed I can't over come this bull****, like I did before. But I still dont mess with fast food/pizza, no matter what.

I stuffed up over Christmas and told myself il have a fresh start to the new year... didn't happen first day of the new year i had pizza, sodas etc... i got really upset with myself and told myself i won't cheat until i get under 200 pounds .... haven't touched antthing oily yet and don't think i will... Just make sure you have motivation with you... Anything is possible..

Yeah today is the last day for this. If I cannot control it, instead of 5 pb sandwiches and some cookies, i'ma have 2 bowls of oatmeal.

The key to my success in loosing weight has always been cheating in moderation like every day take a small peice of chocolate or something. If i go two weeks without pizza i eat a whole box the week after so why not have a slice during the week to keep me content?

before i was on some.. strict strict, i wont touch nothing etc. than I gave i nalittle, than I gave in alot. And realized it doesnt really hurt you to much, tomorrow ima start off clean again, fully clean, and have alittle ehre and there, but not to much so I feel bad.
