-Critique cutting mealplans-
whats up guys, havent posted here in a while, but im glad im back in the game.
been bulkin for a while and now its time to cut, just wanted your opinions on this cutting diet. thx guys.
breakfast - 3 whole eggs w/cheese & 1 peice of toasted wheat bread
preworkout (11:40) - 1 scoop/protein shake
postworkout (12:50 or so) - 3 egg whites + 1scoop protein shake in milk
meal @ work (4:10) - 8 oz chicken breast + 6 oz of lowfat cot.cheese
meal @ work (7:10) - 8 oz chicken breat + atleast 4 cups of brocolli = yummy
calories ~ 2370
protein ~ 311
I am 18 yrs old 6'0", 183lbs. Now, i know what you're thinking, damn thats a big gap between breakfast and preworkout, but I CANT HELP IT! school sucks, but i take 1/2 days and get off at 11:30, so by time im out in my car i drink that protein shake, then hit the gym right down the street!
Also i work at a restaurant as head cook most of the time so i have access to steaks, chicken, fish, lean hamburger meat. Its a privately owned small restaurant, so we buy some real lean meats, so that kinda makes my work meals flexible.
postaway, critique as you like, but remember tell me WHY i should change it, just dont tell me too, im always open to learn.
thanks guys,
-tim

yo, i'd say make a 6th meal and eat the cottage cheese then. this is so you shave a slow digesting protein in you while you sleep. also, you probably should eat some carbs after your workout, like an hour or so after your postworkout, its good to go lower carb when your cutting, but you should still eat some high quality ones to keep your energy up, at least in the morning or early in the day....be sure to eat some veggies too.

you cannot be 183 pounds and have a sub maintaince of 2100 - even when I first started lifting weights 4 years ago that was below my BMR and im short as hell. Really, are you sure?
