Talking swimming and supplements help

i'm a competitive swimmer and i've been thinking about using some supplements. i've read all the articles about the supplements that are awsome for adding muscle and working out...but i need to know which ones would help with swimming...a friend of mine went on creatine and L-glutimine and he found himself being able to stay stronger during practice. I was also looking at NO-explode because swimming has just takes so much out of you during practice and it sounds like it gives you a good pump before practice but i want to make sure its not a gimmik...any thought would be very much appreciated...thanks

Well for endurance, look into a Citrulline Malate type product or even bulk power.
