I feel as though I've been to hell and back
Okay here is my story; I want everyone who reads this to tell me their honest opinion and tell me what I can do to fix this k, thanks.
I have never had a weight problem until about 2 years ago when I became a lazy bum that did nothing but sit on the computer and eat. My eating habits were bad, my exercise was non-existant. This is an example of a typical day for me 2 years ago:
I would get up about 2:00 in the afternoon, eat a bowl of icecream (sometimes 2 bowls if I was really hungry) I would snack throughout the day on chocolate bars, a entire bag of spicy nacho chips, pop(not the diet kind) I ate a lot of fruits like grapes and oranges and mangos. I didnt touch vegetables period. For dinner I would have a poutine with icecream or cheesecake or pie(everyday) And at nighttime I ate and ate and ate and ate non stop, Cookies, Doughnuts, Icecream(sometimes a whole tub in one night) I sometimes even ATE it out of the tub. I was in a rut and at 2:00 in the morning, full as can be I would hit the hay and I would repeat this routine all over again the very next day. But I never really gained weight from this until bout 2 years ago. Myabe it was because I used to dance and that burned it off but I did absolutely no activity while eating like this. I ate for everything but HUNGER! Anyways... I blimped up to 135 lbs and I decided to join a gym. Just to get back to my healthy weight -115 lbs. I worked out 2 hours everyday doing cardio. I lost 4 lbs in a month. It was slow but it was happening. My eating wasn't AS bad but I still fried my chicken and ate icecream just less of it. Then I was introduced to this "supposively" amazing fat burner at my gym called the "speedball" Containing 2 ephederine, 2 caffiene and 1 asperin. This increased my energy a lot and suppressed my appetite. I took this everyday for 2 months and I lost a lot of weight. I hit 97 lbs. An example of a typical day for me would be this:
Breakfast: 2 cups go lean cereal and 1/2 cup skim milk - 471 calories
snack: red pepper - 25 calories
Lunch: Cup of lettuce: 25 calories
snack: small apple - 50 calories
Dinner: 1 chicken breast - 140 calories
total calories: 711
I ate like this everyday, my calorie intake was always less than 800 and I spent 8-15 hours at the gym. I burned 14,000 calories through cardio alone at the gym per week. (2,000 per day)
I then bought the ephederine by the bottles and since my body was developing a tolerance for it I had to take more so I took 4 ephederine instead of the usual 2.
I lost my period by this time, I had excessive bruising and I was so cold that I had to sleep in like 5 sweaters.
Oneday after the gym I felt fine until about 8:00 that night I was feeling dizzy so I decided to lay down. I started to feel worse and my head began pounding so I thought i'd have a cup of cereal. But I couldnt even touch it. I wanted to puke. I couldnt stand up straight. I felt numb on my one side of my body. So my dad took me to the hospital and I could have died and I had to GET OFF the ephederine. My dad flushed it down the toilet.
Now Im starting over. Im now 110 lbs. I work out 3 hours everyday, It was so hard getting back into the whole routine because I relied on ephederine for so long. But I am getting better everyday but I have some problems. I get hungry at nightime. And when I go to bed I get up and have a bowl of cereal everynight(usually cheerios cause im craving something sweet but I want it to be healthy)
This is what I eat per day
Breakfast: 2 cups of go lean and 1/2 cup skim milk(sometimes I add a chopped banana or berries) - 471 calories
snack: apple - 60 calories
Lunch: 1 pita with spicy thai chilli tuna inside or pepper lemon flavored -310 calories
snack: 1 red pepper - 25 calories
Dinner: 1 chicken breast(skinless, boneless, lean) 1 sweet potato or yam and either a garden salad or mixed veggies. - 275 calories
snack: bag of smart pop pop corn (low in fat and healthy) or handful of trailmix - 300 calories
total calories: 1,441
I usually burn 1000 calories doing cardio at the gym alone not counting weight training and such and tomorrow im working with a personal trainer, should I eat more?

sounds like hell
Well then, I would have to agree that is a scary ride.
My opinion is that you need to lessen the cardio and eat to build muscle.
As you probably know, muscle is far denser than fat(so you wont look "Bulky"), and it burns a lot more calories. Also for women to get big takes a thing called testostrone....so you wont get huge, even if you tried. The fantastic thing about muscle is that it burns cals when you are asleep and just sitting, so you dont have to hall bum on the eliptical as much. Besides, when you do too much cardio it starts to burn your muscle and save the fat because muscle is more "expensive" for the body to maintain, so it will ditch it first. You want muscle....
Second, this type of exercise is not reasonable for life. You need to keep your bone mass up for when you get older, or you will face a lot of pain due to bone loss. You have to feed your muscles, and in turn they will eat your "fat" for fuel. Now if you continue on your path, you will not get a nice body, you will look like a concentration camp victim.
I am just now recovering after 8 years of eating disorder hell, so I know what I am talking about and I know what you are feeling and thinking. I know you may not listen to me, but I hope that you will do the research and spare yourself the hell of the lifestyle you are entering.
Trust me there is more to life than this. What else do you do? Besides work out. My therapist/nutritionist told me once that I worked out so much because I had nothing else filling my life. Which was true.
I will stop harassing you. I just wanted to give you my honest 2 cents.
Take care of you!

Crying, I think you're going to be hard pressed to find some people that are going to help you any more. You should know me by now, I'm a nice guy, but I have already told you twice that you're eating too little, not to mention all the other countless threads that you have started about this. I hate to come off as a dick, but if you aren't going to take our advice, stop asking for it. I'll leave you with one final question though.....
What's it going to harm if you up the calories by 600? I'd even say more than that with all the cardio you're doing, but just humor me, and up that.
If you want to feel better, up the calories by 600, and cut the cardio down to 3 days a week (4 max) and 1 hour tops. You don't need anymore. Your body is in a state of shock. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME THIS TIME!
If you don't believe me, go see a professional nutritionist. However our advice is free

1400calories, are you kidding me?
start eating 2000kcal/day RIGHT NOW and go from there, be sure to include plenty of healthy fats and complete protein sources.
stay away from 'dieting' for a while, increase you mass, avoid compulsive behavior

that sounds terrible. I would work on cutting that cardio to an hour a day and only 3-5 days a week. Also, I bet you would feel better if you ate around 1800-2000 calories a day.

increase calories right now! do not flip out when you bloat, that is natural when making a significant calorie increase.

It sounds like you may have an eating disorder. My ex had one, its a terrible cycle to get out of. If that's the case, family support and some stern education is really the only way. Its a hard thing to realize, but if you think you do I could probably help you. At least you're eating more than before, good job crying and I hope you continue to improve.

yeah I was thinking the same thing...you might have a disorder... it might not be extreme, but it's there... or maybe you just don't know how to diet correctly
you should be eating more food then your eating, and you have to cut those workouts short... all you need is 30 min of cardio and then do some work with light weights... doing all that cardio isn't doing anything but eating up your muscle, you wanna build muscle not lose it.. working with weights isn't gonna get you big and bulky if you keep it light.
