#3 once i went out to a night club and i saw this guy dancing with popped collars and i went over to him and put down his collar and told him never to do it again. he was so shocked he didnt know what to do/say. And he didnt put it back up either  So i think he got the message

Just goes to show you're a lazy person if you buy these dumb products, you'd get much better results by eating right and exercising. Plus its better, more fun than sitting on your ass while this thing does whatever its meant to.

I don't know how well that belt works, but sauna's work very well right before a weigh in. I dropped nearly 5lbs in 2 hours sitting in the sauna to make weight. I felt like crap while weighing in and gained it all back because it was all water weight, but the whole point was to make weight for when I step on the scale and the guy writes it in and that was it. Heard of people dropping 20lbs + overnight (probably had to be carried to get weighed) using saunas...and other things.
