How long before/after workout should I take creatine?
I just cycled off for a while and this week I am going to load. I take 10 grams before working out and 10 grams after. How long before should I take creatine? Like half an hour? And should I then take it directly after working out?

If you load, you should be taking 4 doses of 5 grams evenly spaced through the day.
IMO, loading is not required though.
Anyways, for maintenance, try taking 5g half and hour before workout.

Just take creatine ethyl esther. You'd only have to take 10grams or so if it prior to a workout and you'll be set. CEE is far suprior to creatine monohydrate for many reasons.

Thanks, but I am not as concerned about which type of creatine as much as I am about when to take what I currently have right now.
Any other thoughts?

Oh. Then take 10grams 15-20minutes prior to a workout on an empty stomach w/ juice or water. Take the creatine after a workout w/ your protein shake - you can drink it separately if you wish, it'll taste better.

read at the "Directions" on your creating, it will always say something like "15 minutes after workout" etc.
