sauna, spa?
Could any one tell me when, why, how, and the like as for sauna(hot steamed/dry room?), or spa(hot bubble water?) in regard to exercise?
Before/after weight lifting/aerobic?
Why? Blood circulation, for example? Help muscle relax? Better workout performance? Better skin, perhaps?
How long, how often, how, lie, stand, sit, and the like?
Is it better, but not necessary, I guess?
Ah and, should jump into the cold water/shower just after hot sauna? Don't need to? Or should wait for a while?
What should come first, hot or cold? Or doesn't matter?
And one more, after vigorous aerobic if your knees sore, should hot water help, or cold water, or nothing?
I want to learn how to do this sauna thing right, I guess.
Any comment would be appreciated!
