First forearm workout EVAH!
Well today is the first time I worked out my forearms, they sore like helllll, i love it. :P Well are the forearms the type of little muscle that builds fast or they slow? What type of experiences have you had with them?

yo if you wanna hit ur forearms good, superset wrist curls with rope wrist curls
to do rope wrist curls (my name for them) attach a piece of rope to a pipe or piece of wood or sumtin and tie a plate to the other end like in the pic below, slowly roll it up all the way and then slowly roll it back down...superset that with wrist curls and ull feel it

Forearms heal fast like abs because you need them to do stuff everyday.

Your forearms do gain size...Then you hit a peak, and they tone. At least that is my experience. I like doing reverse curls (wide, medium, and close grip), and wrist rolls.

If you do exercise them everyday, then you might want to go low to mid intensity rather than thoroughly exhaust them with a rigorous routine every single day.

This page has the forearm exercises I currently do. I made them up before reading this page, but they're the same thing. They give me a hell of a pump and gets the muscle that runs from your wrist ( not on the thumb side, but the other side ) rock solid!

Ive found that working forearms once to twice a week have given me the best results.usually i do my wrist curls after i use no xplode i find that i have about 5 or 6 busted blood vessels on each arm. they are very benefitial to a powerlifter because you can grip heavier weight :P
