NHA (Rebound XT + ActivaTe) Stack Review
Final Thoughts
Strenght
This is the main reason why I wanted to try the NHA stack since it drasticly needs improvement, and it was sucessfully delivered. I have no doubts that my strenght increased, every week I have added additional weights to my lifts, and to be honest, I haven't seen myself adding weights so fast since the start of my bulk 4 months ago. I worked out today, and I still feel stronger, I was able to lift all of last week's exercises at increased weight, and felt like I could have done more. Strenght gain has been awesome this month.
Grade: A+
Mass
This is a non hormonal product, and I didnt expect to gain a huge amount of mass during the 30 days on this stack, but I did gain 7lbs. I wouldn't know how much of it is lean mass since I dont keep track of my body fat. By the mirror, and by how I feel, definitely most of it is lean mass. So 7lbs in 30 days, nothing too impressive, and I cant say I wouldn't have been able to gain that on my own, but I can say you this, I have plateaued for 2 weeks without gaining anything before starting this stack. So... you judge.
Grade: B
Sides and Misc
Let's start with the bads first... well, hum, there is none, really! During the first week of this stack, I felt a slight lower chest pain, around the nipples area, but nothing unbearable, it was more of a discomfort. Was it a side effect of the NHA stack? I can't tell.
For the goods, I haven't had a single bad night sleep in the last 30 days. Vivid dreams too. Other things I noted are good pumps during workouts, and improved muscles recovery. DOMs are still there, but greatly reduced.
Grade: A
Conclusion
First of all, I would like to thank Rob for letting me test Activate. I am very satisfied and will be purchasing this product later. Here's a recap of the review:
- Awesome strenght gain
- Increased pumps
- Improved sleep quality
- Improved muscles recovery
Final Grade: A

awesome review, i may have to try this out sometime soon. seems like a potent stack but lean extreme is hard to get a hold of these days. maybe ill try axis labs cortisol blocker as a replacement. i think its the exact same thing.

I can't believe you're playing down 7lbs in a month. If you'd complained about looking fatter, fair enough, but you've not, so it must be mostly good weight!
Update once a week for the next 2-3 weeks and let us know how much weight you keep from the cycle.

How long of a cycle did you do? How many bottles of each did you go thru? I was thinking of giving this stack a try.

Thanks. Just curious, why would I only need only one bottle of the retail version? Did you take the same dose every day? Thanks for all the info.

You need to use the search button. The retail and beta were different standardizations. The beta was 20caps/day, each bottle had 300 caps, thus 30 days took two bottles. Retail is a higher potency extract and requires only 4 caps/daily, the bottle contains 120 caps, thus one bottle = 30 days.

Doesn't look like much fat at all, you just look thicker......very very nice work indeed. 7lbs on the NHA is damned solid. What was the diet like?

Hard to tell in those pics how much fat gain there was because of differences in skin color. It looks minimal though so 7lbs in a month is fantastic, A+++. I guess the RXT really makes the difference as I only got around 3lbs with Act and I was satisfied with that.

During the last month, I started eating lots and lots of pasta... at least 2 of my daily meals were pasta, so I got most of my carbs from it. Though, for pre workout, I had oats with natural honey.
Protein came mostly from chicken and salmon. I hate tuna, but for monetary reason, I had to eat it at least twice a week. And of course eggs, at least 5 whole eggs for breakfast
Fat came from natural peanut butter and extra virgin olive oil. With my last dose of AT and RXT, I had 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil, along with fish oil and sesamin.
I dont keep track of cals, but If I had to guess, it would be around 3000-3500.

UHockey, I do use the search quite a bit. I just thought that since we had a dialog going that I would just ask him. Thanks for the info though.

NHA is supposed to be Rebound XT + ActivaTe
Lean Xtreme definately would be a nice addition, but Maldevilz for example didnt use it and got the results he mentioned

Avian is correct, we detail the usage of LX with it for obvious reason, but it's not essential. I'm running all 3 in my current bulking log found in my sig currently.

Uhockey, I decided to give this stack a go. One question. I use shock therapy preworkout and E/Amp on cardio days. I am sure its not a problem, but can I use these during this cycle?

None of the products are stimulatory, so I don't see any problem. Careful with the E/AMP though, that's a lot of stimulation.

You are right about that! I noticed in some of the logs that some take the Activate/rebound with food and some on a empty stomach. What is the best way to take it? I see preworkout seems to be a good time.

Pre-workout is great. I recommend 1cap Activate and 1 cap RXT with breakfast, 1 ActivaTe about 4 hours later w/food, another ActivaTe 4 hours later with food, and the last one with your prebed meal and the second cap of RXT. Ideally meals with RXT should contain a fair amount of fat to enhance absorption of the Rebound.

MHockey was taken when I signed up for AOL in 1995, my last name begins with a U. Somehow it stuck and here I am 10 years later.

That is a lot of fat (6tbsp!) and will surely be enough, but be mindful of the calories. If it fits with your daily macros, go for it, but I'd say 1tbsp flax oil or ENOVA or 2tbsp Natural PB would be adequate.
