Sore A** shins!
Okay, so i usually include a fast walk on a 12% incline into my cardio sessions,
but every time, the front of my shins burn like helllll! Im not sure why, it does it on incline, or flat. I can take it for max 20min, then im about to scream, does anyone know why? Or have the same probem? Maybe im just a woosie!
