joint pain
Hey fellas. Am about 1 1/2 Months past my third cycle, and am really having alot of joint pain (shoulders & knees mostly). I'm not new to lifting, you can read my stats in previous posts. Have dealt with pain before, but am concerned about my overall joint health especially before I head into my spring cycle in late Feb. Any tips on natural help for your joints. I take glucosamine religiously, have for a few years, but it's not enough. Any thoughts... thanks.

Try cissus rx. the stuff is incredible. i have bone spurs in both shoulders that give me tendonitis from time to time, and within 1 week of starting this stuff they literally felt cured. i don't normally hype supps like this, but this stuff is no joke. some say it has some anabolic effect as well, though i have yet to personally notice any evidence of this, i very highly recommend it.

If you answered No to the winny or relevant AAS for joint pain including MSM dosages for joint lube:
Is it really joint pain? Sometimes I misinterpret my pain and need to bump up the glutamine and potassium.

Flax oil bro. Take 3-5 tablespoons throughout the day and by day 3 or so it will be gone.

Ordered The Cissus RX, and will start taking flax seed Oil. Probably try the oil first to see if it does the trick as the cissus is $32/Bottle. Thanks again for all the suggestions, I appreciate it. Nothing worse on concentration than unwanted pain while training...

fyi bro, i just noticed that cissus is now here in the bb.com store for $22.99/bottle. also, i personally find the profile of fish oil to be superior to most flax oils. here is my personal fave:
http://bodybuilding.com/store/sea/pfo.html
cheap and doesn't actually taste like fish...more like orange peels.
best of luck to you, bud.
