OT ON Whey choc 5lb

I just bought a ON Whey choc 5lb.I find out that my bottle's inside seal is being torn but not the outside black wrapper.I am not sure whether it is normal.Does this happens to you all?I just want to make sure before i lodge a complain against the company(not ON).
Previously,i bought Prolab Pure Whey from the same company and all of their seal aren't torn.

Probably just a machine malfunction at the packaging stage,

If the outer seal was good, I say It's all good

Yeah, I've bought two 5lb'ers they have both been that way. As long as the outside seal has not been broken I think you're ok. I think the inside seal is just supposed to prevent moisture or the powder from coming out.
