Is Sushi Bad?
I really like Sushi and it seems alot healthier then Fast Food, I go to an All-You Can-Eat Sushi Bar eveyr couple of weeks and was just wanted to make sure Sushi isnt that bad for you Bodybuilding wise?Only possible bad thing I can think of is the rice, but if you think about it when your done it only equals to about a bowl or 2 of rice which isnt so bad, what are you opinions?

if you're cutting, eat as little rice as possible. cuz you don't need too many carbs for cutting. Also some of the stuff is really fatty - like the ones with melted cheese mixed with crab meat in the shell, forgot what its called

If you are trying to cut up, you could easily get away with Sushi at first. When the fat loss starts slowing down, try having it during mid-day. Make sure you choose the right ones (tuna, salmon, shrimp) as a lot of them have a lot more fat than you might think!
But otherwise, go for it.

Make sure you put lots of wasabi. I bet you don't want taper worms in your stomach, eating up your calories, thus making no gains.
