mogreen Registered User Join Date: Aug 2005 Posts: 356 Rep Power: 5	THe september 2005 issue of STACK magazine that featured him on the cover, showed some of his workouts. He does alot of barefoot, balance exercises. But everything else looks like basic workouts for football players.
