Relax and enjoy a day off from the gym and a cheat day. In the grand scheme of things Thanksgiving isn't going to ruin any goals.

Well said....Thanksgiving is one of the few days a year that your whole family is together and can enojoy a fine meal together. Unless your competeing, which 99% of the people on this board aren't, theres no reason why you shouldn't eat as much as you want and not feel guilty...Hell the chance to eat extra pieces of pie or sweet potatoes w/ marshmellows for free doesn't happen often so enjoy your family, friends, and food guilt free at least a few days a year...You'll be back in the gym on Monday reagaless of how much you eat so go all out!

Today was a low carb day for me. I am clean bulking, but usually lower my carbs every 4th day. Just so happens that was today. No big deal to me. I would feel absolutely miserable for the entire week if I ate a bunch of garbage anyway. I just had some turkey breast, that was it for my Thanksgiving day feast.
