Coconut Oil? Almond Oil? Olive Oil?

I have been searching around for information on Coconut oil vs. Almond oil vs. Olive oil. I've seen many recipes with each in them, but I have been pondering what are the reasons to eat the different types? Olive oil has far less fat than both of the others, but does that fat work against you? Or since it's a natural fat is it good? Why should I eat Coconut oil or Amond oil over the conventional Olive oil? Any inputs would be appreciated. Reps for good advice/links.

Sorry, posted this in the nutrition forum, but it's deserted there...
