Question Sauna before/after workouts?

Is going in a Sauna after a workout okay?

What bout before a workout?

Sauna good at all?

WHat are the benefit of a Sauna ?

It's a temporarly solution to muscle ache, and it warms up joints and such, very good, just remember to drink alot of water

Sauna is very good after workout. It helps your skin, cleans your pores. Good for acne treatment. Good for muscle recovery.

But I wouldn't advise to go in sauna before workout, you will feel sleepy afterwards...

hey i have one at my gym and i wanted to use it because i heard its great for recover, the only thing is i read never go in directly after a workout, 3-6 hrs later is best. does anyone know why ?
