AFTER Exercising / Sauna ?

I was told to start using the sauna to open up my pores to release the dirt inside (cuz of my acne-prone skin) ...

so today, after my workout, I had my protein shake, then stepped into the sauna for about 10 min.

have there been any cases/studies done that indicate using a sauna POST workout is bad? I dunno; I feel paranoid @ this point that I might be sweating out the protein I just drank or something ... (as stupid as that sounds, but hey; sometimes you find out stuff that sounds stupid @ first but turns out to be right ...)

Or was it okay to use the sauna after working out/protein shake consumption.

Thanks.

as long as you continue to take in fluids, it's okay.

without fluids u will dehydrate urself which is detrimental to muscle growth since we are always told to drink plenty of fluids during lift days

I would drink a lot of fluids AFTER the sauna, but not while inside (for 10-30 min.)

hmmm.. so should I change the time I use a sauna to a non-lift day? (although generally, i do drink a lot of fluids ...)
