Could I be lacking? Why am I so tired?
For about three or four months now, I've been tired as helllll, In that time, I've been changing my diet around for bulking. THinking about it earlier today, I thought that maybe I'm not getting enough sodium or some other electrolyte(spelling?) or mineral. I get plenty of sleep (7-10hours a night)
Here are the things I eat daily....
1)cell mass creatine and Centrum multi-vitamin
2)100 Gold Standard Whey
3)Natty pb (3-4TBSPN daily)
4)apples (1-2 daily)
5)banana (2 daily)
6)skim milk (4-6 cups)
7)Chicken
8)Beef sirloin )occassionally)
9)Cottage Cheese
10)Wheat bread
11)Oatmeal
12)fast food (like 1-2 times a month)
and thats it. Does anyone else have similar problems? Im sure Im getting enough fat and am doing a 20/40/40ratio. Does anyone see any obvious nutrients that I am lacking? IF not, should I see a doctor?
