Do women want what they can't have? Not really?
On the forums there seem to be more of a trend towards to "fix the problem" instead of understanding how the problems are to be solved. Anyways, I forgot why I'm typing this, so I'll just summarize some key points:
1. Women are essentially hostile towards each other, no matter how friendly they pretend to be. This is because they feel the need to compete with one another because they are women--women live by the scraps of food left by men do the hunting. Women themselves have to scramble for the scraps.
This mentality is completely based on how our society is structured--men overpower women, and the only way for women to assert power is in relation to the men, which is usually through their sexual seductive powers--again, because how our society is structured, but that's another topic.
e.g. Women may feel threatened if they feel a man is being of interest of another girl. They want to feel that they have more seductive power than the other girl--this is to exert power over the other female, not because they actually want the guy. It isn't really about "wanting what you can't have." It's a whole psychology of power politics between women themselves. In order for a woman to have power, she must first defeat her competitions.
Anyways, this is getting long, so I'll just stop now, or else Colon is going to kick my ass. Hoped this made sense. If it didn't, well, atleast it's still better than the teen section.
