My Routine
3 Times a week I get up and Jog around my block, which is about an 18 minute jog. Then at night I walk a mile (Days I jog early)
The other days (Excent sunday) I walk 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes at night. Sundays I only walk 30 minutes in the morning just to save up for Monday.
I lift weights about 3 times a week, Arms, Chest, gonna start legs, and some stomach soon.
My Food:
Breakfest= Oatmeal with water (No sugar). 1 Glass of Protien Drink, 30% protien, no sugar 5 fat calories.
Snack= Orange
Lunch= Greens, Sometimes boiled broccoli, asparagus and beans. Sometimes boiled carrots, beans, and asparagus, then lightly cooked in 1 tea spoon in Canola oil. ( I watch how many I eat and cook of course )
Snack= 1 protien drink (same one)
Dinner= Salad, with 2 table spoons of Either Ranch (no sugar), or Bleu Cheese (No Sugar).
Then I top that off with an ultra slim tea.
Then at night if I get hungry, only if, I drink some protien, but if I don't I don't.
I drink gallon of water or more daily.
With a plan like this, how long do you think it would take me to lose 25 pounds?
