Here's a good link that has nutritional info for an array of different types of sushi. I eat the stuff once every couple weeks without any problems.

From what I've read, the 'worst' ones are the ones with lots of mayo in them like california rolls.

Sushi is quite good for you; lotta protein, some carbs. If you are going out, eat with edamame(the soybeans with salt) and miso soup, and youll have quite a healthy meal

Go for sashimi with salad or regular rice.

Sushi rice has sugar added to it. It would be good for PWO.

Sushi rolls tend to have mayo, I never eat those trendy sushi rolls anyways. Real men eat sushi or sashimi!

yeah, the rolls are all an americanized japanese treat. hence the name "california-roll". the real stuff's alot better.

however, i think it's vinegar instead of sugar that makes it sweet. i beleive the rice is soaked in a sweet vinegar, and then whatever is placed on top of it and it's wrapped in seaweed.
i could be wrong however.

You can get sushi that contains only fish. Some bars will also have brown rice available upon request. If I eat sushi, I focus on the rolls that contain only fish and vegetables. As a bonus, the kelp (seaweed) that they wrap it in enhances definition to a certain degree. Something I learned from taking kelp tablets.
