Just a pic i found of me not flexing but its a pic. (14 years old)
I'm 14 years old i took this pic after i got out the shower like a month ago, im not flexing or anything i just started getting serious a couple of weeks ago. I'm loving it. Right now i'm sore and it's my rest day; i don't want to be extra sore for my hockey game tomorow. Just take a look.


Its not clear because i took it with my phone but you can get out the figure.

I dont think your really 180 lbs. Even if you were 6 ft you wouldnt look 180 pounds, and your 5'10.

But keep workin out hard.

i am 180, i know im not big. I just started; i love lifting when i get home; i have ot get my parents to drive me to the gym... i have weights and the golds gym bench in my basement i use for now.

Do you remember in the added scenes of pumping iron when Franco hits a side chest and Arnold corrects him and then says.. "if you don't have it then don't hit it" I wish people on these forums would take that advice..
