i work in a night club.
goto college
have 2jobs
have 1work placement
and train 4 days a week.
and hang out with ma mates.
so i get hardly any sleep. just started taking zma and this **** rules. my sleeping is better and my strength has increased

sleeping to much is actually counter productive it makes you tireder and want to sleep more. Dont get any more than 10
